on the selection of the LMS (Learning Management System) e-learning platform supplier.

We inform as follows:

- The invitation for quotations does not mean a public tender within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code (Journal of Laws in 2017, item 1759)
- The Buyer reserves the right to reject the offer of the Supplier for any reason
- The Buyer reserves the right to cancel this invitation for quotations without giving any reason and a supplier shall not be entitled to pursue any claims
- Provision of all personal data in this invitation means a consent to personal data processing

LS Technics Sp. z o. o. a limited liability company registered in the Register of Enterpreneurs kept by the District Court for the city of Gliwice, X Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the no (KRS) 000015222, with TAX Identification number (NIP) 645-100-21-39 and equity capital of  PLN 15 813 840,00, having its registered office PL42-625 Pyrzowice, Centralna 5, Poland.

1. Description of the purchase object: 

LS Technics Sp. z o.o. asks for an offer to purchase access to the LMS e-learning platform that meets the following requirements:

1. The platform must enable its use in Polish and English (at the user's choice).

2. Platform tailored to the company's needs (possible selection of modules, options).

3. The users of the platform will be LST employees and external customers.

Basic Requirements:

1. Using the platform only from the level of a web browser supporting the HTML5 standard.

2. The scalability of the platform should allow for efficient service of at least 2,000 users.

3. Format of training / training materials: mainly ppt and pdf (possibility to migrate ready / used training from Moodle to the new LMS).

a) the training materials also use other formats, films and links

b) the possibility of creating "interactive" training, with exercises, tests, etc.

4. Migration of user accounts and history from Moodle to the new platform.

5. Automatic generation of certificates after completing the training (pdf)

a) Possibility to create / edit certificates as needed (internal administrator)

b) Each certificate must, at the time of its generation, receive an individual and unique identification number (visible on the certificate)

c) Possibility to define to whom the generated certificate should be sent (e-mail)

6. Various conditions for completing the training (selectable by the internal administrator, person who creates the training; single or combined conditions):

a) Test
b) Time
c) Become familiar with the content of the training
d) other

7. The platform should be able to be expand according to current needs.

8. Permanent technical / substantive support from the supplier during the provision of the service (Helpdesk: phone number and e-mail).

9. Possibility to create reports / statements / statistics.

10. Defining / assigning roles for individual users.

11. Communication of the platform with users: sending reminders (eg about assigning to the training, the upcoming completion date, etc.) by e-mail as well as the possibility of sending an e-mail from the training participant to the internal administrator from the level of a specific course.

12. Exams:

a) Creating question databases.

b) Setting the minimum test pass threshold

13. Possibility to generate surveys and, as a result, reports / summaries based on them.

14. Platform compliant with at least SCORM and other standards.

15. Mobile application: iOS and Android

16. Periodic system updates

17. In the case of cloud or SaaS monthly vulnerability scanner reports

18. Multilevel user authorization

19. Integration with Microsoft Active Directory

20. Compliance with current GDPR regulations
