Manager with many years of experience in the aviation industry, gained both in maintenance and continuing airworthiness management organisations. A graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, the National Defence University of Warsaw (now the War Studies University) and the Institute of Economics of the Polish Academy of Sciences. He started his professional career as an Aircraft Mechanic, expanded his professional competence as a Accountable Manager and Director of CAMO and AMO. He also shared his knowledge and experience as an instructor at high schools and universities.
